During your first two years as a new staff member you can expect to: - Participate in compilation and review engagements
- Prepare corporate and individual tax returns
- Prepare financial statements
- Help clients with tax planning
- Help clients with accounting records and systems
- Participate in consulting projects
Training You for Success
At the beginning of your career at Slattery & Holman, you’ll have a mentor who becomes a key training resource. Your mentor will help you successfully transition from school to public accounting . You’ll learn from both structured training programs and on-the-job training while service our clients. Our training program will build on the base of knowledge you acquired in college, helping you become a versatile professional person.
